How to write
Email [email protected] from the address you used on the form, if you used one. Put “Data rights” in the subject. Say whether you want access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or a portable copy. We may ask you to confirm who you are. That is not obstruction; it is the same duty that stops us handing your file to someone else.
What we will do
- Access: a copy of what we hold that relates to you, in a form you can read.
- Correction: we fix the name, the number, the note.
- Erasure: we delete the enquiry file unless a legal duty or a live contract needs a residue.
- Restriction / objection: we freeze or stop the processing you name, in the cases the GDPR allows.
- Portability: a structured file of the data you gave us, where the law gives that right.
Timing
One month from a complete request. We will say if we need a further two months, and why. There is no fee unless a request is obviously unfounded or excessive — we will say so before charging, not after.
The Irish authority
Local storage on your machine
If you submitted the studio form, your browser may still hold a copy under the key ebh-leads. Clearing site data in the browser removes it. We cannot reach into your laptop to do that for you.
