Who is responsible
Everyday Balance Hub is the controller for personal data processed via everydaybalancehub.com.
What we collect
- Identity and contact details you type into the studio form (name, email, telephone, optional note, plan in mind).
- Technical logs the host keeps in the ordinary way (IP address, browser, time of visit) — see Blacknight’s own notices for server logs.
- Cookie data described on the cookies page.
Why
Form data is used to answer you about a Sill Studio plan — legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated, and consent where you tick the box. We do not sell lists. We do not pass your details to Boys+Girls for their own marketing.
How long
Enquiry files are kept for up to 24 months after the last useful contact, then deleted or archived in a form that no longer identifies you, unless a legal duty says otherwise (for example, a consumer-contract file).
Who sees it
The desk, the coach who answers studio notes, and the Irish host as a processor. If a payment later happens, a regulated payment provider will process card data on their own terms — we do not store full card numbers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 you may access, correct, erase, restrict, object, and port data in the cases the law provides. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of what was done before. Write to [email protected]. We answer within a month, with one extension if the file is heavy — we will tell you.
Complaints
Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, Ireland. Website: dataprotection.ie. You may also contact us first; we would rather fix a file than meet you at the DPC.
A fuller, practical list of how to exercise those rights sits on Your data.
