Scope

What the site is

The site publishes editorial notes and, where marked, advertisement features. Sill Studio pages describe a distance-learning path. Nothing on the site is an offer of employment, an investment product, or a guarantee of clients or income.

Enquiries and contracts

Submitting the studio form is a request for information, not a contract. No payment is taken on the form. If a plan is later agreed, it will be confirmed in writing, with the printed price of the chosen plan (297€, 797€ or 1,797€) and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 information that applies to distance contracts with consumers in Ireland.

Withdrawal

Where Irish consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on a distance contract, that right will be set out in the confirmation we send before any charge. Digital content supplied in full with your prior consent may be treated differently; we will say so plainly, not in a footnote.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site for resale, impersonate the desk, or reuse our logotype. Do not treat our market ranges as a personal forecast and then attribute that forecast to us.

Liability

We take care with ranges and legal mentions. We do not accept liability for decisions you take on the back of an advertisement feature, beyond what Irish law will not let us exclude. Training is not a result.
